These terms cover the Stamping app for iPhone. By using the app, you agree to them.
What the app is for
Stamping is for making personal stamping pages: journal pages, planner pages, cards and similar projects.
Your content is yours, and your responsibility
Only digitize, upload or import images that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for what you create with the app and for how you use it, including anything you print, share or export.
Your work stays on your device
Everything you make is saved only on your iPhone. We do not see, review, host or own your content. See the Privacy Policy.
Built-in stamps
You may use the stamps that come with the app in pages you make with it. You may not extract them and redistribute or sell them as stamps or stamp sets.
Links
Links you add to a page open websites we do not control. We are not responsible for those websites.
Price
The app is free for now. Pricing may change in the future. Any change will be shown clearly before anyone pays.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or that it will always be available. Please keep your own backups of work that matters to you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the app, including lost pages, stamps or other data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
